Guesty is a fast-growing global SaaS platform serving the hospitality industry, with 900+ employees across 16 countries. The company provides property managers with tools to automate operations, optimize guest experiences, and scale their businesses, integrating with 150+ industry partners including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia.
You will lead Guesty's global financial systems ecosystem as Head of Finance Applications, owning critical platforms like Zuora Billing and NetSuite Financials. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic oversight with operational execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Monthly Billing Ownership: Lead and manage the complete monthly billing cycle, taking full accountability for core billing workflows and operational execution.
• Ecosystem Management: Own implementation, administration, and day-to-day support of G&A and finance systems, including Zuora, NetSuite, and integrated tools.
• Project Leadership: Drive finance systems projects through their full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and planning through design, delivery, testing, and implementation.
• Process Design & Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to design and implement robust financial processes and system solutions that evolve with business needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Billing Ops, Customer Success, Product, R&D, Data, and BI teams to align system architectures and ensure seamless integration.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes meet internal control requirements, audit standards, and global financial regulations.
• Documentation & Mentorship: Develop technical and process documentation while mentoring team members and supporting their professional development.
Required qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing financial information systems in a global environment (SaaS/High-Tech preferred).
• Proven hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or NetSuite Financials.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, REST APIs, and system integration tools/iPaaS platforms.
• Strong background leading complex financial tech projects using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with proven stakeholder management experience up to senior leadership levels.
• Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Highly motivated, hard-working, resilient, with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
