Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling users to trade on real-world outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. With $21B traded in 2025 and rapid growth, the company is seeking a Head of Early Career Recruiting to build university recruiting and internship programs from the ground up.
In this high-ownership, highly visible role, you will own the complete strategy for attracting exceptional early-career talent across engineering, product, design, and business functions. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a year-round campus recruiting strategy covering target schools, hackathons, career fairs, partnerships, and other early-talent channels, including budget management, staffing, travel planning, and ROI measurement.
- Creating a distinctive, repeatable playbook for Polymarket's campus presence, from event strategy and activations to candidate capture and follow-up.
- Launching and running a structured internship program with recruiting, onboarding, programming, manager enablement, and full-time conversion components.
- Designing scalable application, assessment, screening, and interview workflows that surface strong candidates and enable hiring team engagement.
- Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers across functions to plan headcount, define hiring needs, and build effective early-career pipelines.
- Building and leading a small early-career recruiting team as the program scales, setting operating standards and culture.
- Representing Polymarket externally, bringing engineers, product leaders, designers, and business leaders into campus strategy while building relationships with students, faculty, and university communities.
- Using data and judgment to iterate on pipeline quality, conversion rates, event ROI, and overall program performance.
You bring 5–10+ years of experience building or scaling campus recruiting, university talent, early-career, or similarly complex talent programs. You have a proven track record of building systems and programs from scratch, combining operational rigor with project management excellence. You possess strong executive presence and communication skills, cultural fluency, and a builder's mindset. Experience with hackathons, technical talent communities, startups, high-growth tech companies, or consulting environments is valued.
