Roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental platform, is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance to lead all strategic corporate financing initiatives. In this director-level role, you will own the full lifecycle of debt financing execution—from term sheet negotiation through closing—including structured formats like forward flow and term ABS transactions. You'll design and implement new financing structures while managing critical relationships with financing banks, developing reporting standards, and conducting investor/bank Q&A sessions.
You will take responsibility for financing planning in close coordination with Fleet Strategy and Fleet Operations leaders, ensuring alignment across the organization. A key part of your mandate is partnering with Data, Controlling, and business teams to enhance reporting reliability and close data quality gaps before information reaches investors, banks, or the board. You'll work directly with the CFO, CEO, and Director of Finance on strategic corporate finance decisions.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in structuring and executing corporate financings, ideally with asset financing expertise, or corporate lending experience at a bank. You must have a proven track record of owning data quality and reporting reliability at scale, with strong comfort navigating contractual, tax, economic, and accounting matters. A hands-on, solution-oriented mentality paired with excellent communication and analytical skills is essential. AI proficiency is a plus. Fluent English is required; German fluency is appreciated.
