Rippling is a fast-growing enterprise software company providing an integrated platform for HR, IT, and Finance across 100+ countries. The company has raised $1.4B+ from top-tier investors including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, and Sequoia, and is scaling rapidly with AI-powered capabilities. As Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, you will report directly to Rippling's CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team, owning the full spectrum of strategic initiatives that shape the company's direction. This is a dual-mandate role combining corporate development and investor relations responsibilities. Corporate Development: You will lead M&A strategy and execution as Rippling extends its product offering and market reach. Responsibilities include market mapping, thesis development, financial modeling, management engagement, term sheet negotiation, legal coordination, and post-close integration planning. You'll own deal execution end-to-end with a high analytical bar, comfortable both leading teams and executing hands-on work (building models, drafting term sheets, presenting build/buy/partner recommendations, managing live diligence). Investor Relations: You will develop and execute IR strategy including fundraise process planning and execution, secondary transactions, investor updates, and long-term IPO planning as Rippling scales beyond $1B in annual recurring revenue. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can move fluidly between board-level strategy and detailed execution. You should have demonstrated success in corporate development, M&A, or investor relations at a high-growth technology company, with strong financial acumen, deal-making experience, and the ability to build and lead teams.
