You will oversee AI research, model development, and the integration of AI across the platform serving 150+ million customers monthly across 35 markets.
The role involves managing a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers; collaborating with product, engineering, and business leadership to align AI initiatives with company strategy; and driving innovation in financial AI applications. You will be responsible for hiring top talent, establishing best practices, and maintaining technical excellence while balancing business priorities.
