Blitzy is an autonomous software development platform that uses AI agents to modernize legacy systems and accelerate enterprise software projects. Recently valued at $1.4B following a $200M funding round, the company is scaling rapidly in Boston.
This hybrid role combines recruiting operations and active sourcing, offering high ownership and direct exposure to leadership. You'll be one of the first dedicated sourcing hires at a fast-growing company, shaping Blitzy's hiring processes and culture.
Recruiting Operations (50%): Own end-to-end interview coordination across time zones, including scheduling, candidate communications, interviewer prep, and logistics for onsite and virtual interviews. Manage the ATS (Ashby), maintain data hygiene, generate pipeline reporting, and document processes. Serve as the primary candidate point of contact, delivering a white-glove experience. Support employer branding, career page updates, and recruiting events. Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and candidate experience.
Sourcing (50%): Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Juicebox, and talent communities. Write compelling outreach to passive candidates in competitive markets. Conduct initial screens to assess fit and communicate the Blitzy opportunity. Maintain talent pools for recurring and future hiring needs. Partner with recruiters on sourcing strategy, search criteria, and market intelligence.
Required: 3+ years as a recruiting coordinator, sourcer, or in talent acquisition at a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment. Hands-on Ashby experience required. Sourcing exposure or demonstrated hunger to develop that skill. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and interview loops. Strong written communication for candidate outreach. Comfort with ambiguity and process-building. High sense of urgency and ownership, treating candidate experience as competitive advantage.
