Join Datadog's GTM Strategy & Operations team as an Associate driving the company's next phase of growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics, working directly with senior leadership to shape go-to-market initiatives and accelerate revenue growth. You will own multiple high-impact responsibilities: develop short- and long-term GTM strategies by identifying growth opportunities and setting business priorities; own quota models for the global Sales organization, building and maintaining them throughout the year; analyze sales and GTM data to identify trends and efficiency by channel; and develop data models to support planning and quota setting. You'll also lead strategic planning initiatives including headcount and KPI planning, incentive design, and cross-functional projects to improve execution. Key responsibilities include building dashboards to deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders, supporting sales and GTM leaders by shaping their vision and executing on top priorities, and managing high-priority strategic projects within the broader GTM & Strategy team. You bring 1–3 years of experience in GTM/growth/revenue strategy, management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or business analysis. You excel at dissecting complex issues into fundamental elements, possess strong quantitative modeling abilities, and can explain key tenets to senior stakeholders. You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase) or SQL is valued, as is familiarity with SaaS, high-tech environments, or Sales/CS strategy. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace, valuing office culture and collaboration while supporting work-life harmony. The company offers competitive benefits, equity (RSUs), continuous career development, best-in-class onboarding, and mentorship programs.
