Vertice is an Intelligent Procurement Platform that uses agentic workflows, AI insights, and expert negotiators to help enterprises optimize technology spending and procurement. The company has processed $75bn+ in spend, delivered 20% savings to customers, and achieved 13X revenue growth in two years. Backed by $100M+ in Series C funding from top-tier investors, Vertice is headquartered in London with offices in New York, Brno, Sydney, and Johannesburg.
You will drive GTM strategy and enablement for a global sales organization across US and EMEA offices, reporting to Constantin Clement (Head of GTM Strategy & Ops). This role focuses on the sales motion itself—how Vertice pitches, positions, negotiates, and closes deals. The reporting infrastructure is already solid; the leverage lies in refining craft and execution.
In your first twelve months, you will:
1. Raise the ceiling and floor: Understand what it takes to win deals, then embed those standards throughout the sales motion across the team.
2. Accelerate portfolio selling: Vertice sells a broad product portfolio. Your job is to help reps excel at selling the full suite and prepare for new products.
3. Build programmes for scale: Design, ship, and measure GTM programmes for newer channels, sharpen the ICP, and push AI use cases into a fast-growing sales organization.
You are an analytical generalist with operator instincts who wins the confidence of senior sales leaders and drives work into execution. You hold an unforgiving bar for excellence, can distinguish good from great in detail, and feel personal accountability for sales motion execution. You have commercial horsepower, frame decisions around revenue impact, and command respect from AEs and sales leaders.
You have built enablement assets that win deals, embedded excellence in team operations, and measured impact in hard numbers. You have architected and shipped end-to-end GTM programmes with measurable revenue impact—for example, building and defending an ICP from first principles. You thrive in high-agency, high-performance environments and ideally have managed at least one person, though formal line management is preferred rather than required.
