Finch is building infrastructure to make legal services radically more accessible to American households. The company has grown 10x in just over a year, raised a $20M Series A, and is backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, and founders from DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits. Starting with personal injury law, Finch automates pre-litigation admin work while keeping humans leading every case.
You'll join Kelly's GTM Strategy & Operations team as a core operator focused on answering and executing against three core questions: where do we grow next, what will it take to win, and how do we get there faster? This role sits at the intersection of revenue, product, and strategy, with no fixed lane—priorities shift as the business does.
Key responsibilities include owning high-impact strategic projects (product launches, pricing strategy, GTM experiments that open new markets), working directly with the sales leader and biggest customers to uncover revenue opportunities, designing and optimizing Finch's growth engine by aligning people, process, and data, building dashboards and metrics that make growth measurable and repeatable, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to connect strategy to execution. You'll translate ambiguous challenges into crisp, actionable plans and execute ruthlessly—not just modeling ideas but shipping, measuring, and scaling what works.
Ideal candidates have 2–8 years in GTM strategy, BizOps, consulting, finance, or revenue operations at fast-growing SaaS/tech companies. You're equally comfortable in the boardroom and the spreadsheet, thrive in high-velocity ambiguous environments, love revenue-critical problems (pricing, pipeline, forecasting, customer strategy), and are customer-obsessed—wanting to get close to law firm partners and use that knowledge to drive growth. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field is required. Nice-to-haves include management consulting, finance, venture, or startup strategy experience, and exposure to working with founders or exec teams.
This role is not for you if you need a clearly scoped lane, prefer handing off models rather than owning execution, or aren't comfortable being customer-facing.
