Datadog is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the GTM Strategy & Operations team as the product owner for GTM data and tooling products. This role owns the roadmap, delivery, and adoption of data products and sales productivity tools that power the Sales and Customer Success organizations, spanning both internally built products and third-party solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Own the product roadmap: Set vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for GTM data products and sales productivity tools. Balance field needs, business impact, technical feasibility, cost, and maintainability while making clear decisions about where to invest, consolidate, replace, or retire. • Run end-to-end product lifecycle: Write requirements and user stories, define MVPs, establish acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and partner with GTM Systems, Data Engineering, and Analytics to ship, iterate, and sunset internally built products. • Establish product operating model: Create a consistent approach to intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, product ownership, release readiness, feedback collection, and lifecycle management across the product portfolio. • Make build-versus-buy decisions: Lead structured evaluations (RFPs, pilots, time-boxed POCs) of third-party tools against in-house alternatives, build business cases, and present investment recommendations to GTM leadership. • Lead AI product strategy: Identify, evaluate, prototype, and scale AI-powered capabilities that improve prospecting, enrichment, personalization, and rep workflows. Help define the forward-looking AI roadmap for Sales and CS organizations. • Measure impact: Define and track success metrics across every tool and data product (adoption, data quality, time saved, pipeline influenced) and use findings to make data-driven decisions. • Partner with the field: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to uncover workflow pain points through interviews, observation, usage analysis, and feedback loops. Translate opportunities into product improvements that increase rep productivity. • Lead launch and adoption: Own release planning, change management, and onboarding in collaboration with Sales Enablement. • Ensure seamless integration: Work with GTM Systems to maintain and improve integrations between tools, Salesforce CRM, and the broader GTM tech stack. • Set governance standards: Build and enforce governance frameworks, acceptable use policies, and data hygiene standards across all managed tools and data products. Requirements: • 4-6+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, data/analytics roles, product management, or management consulting, ideally within SaaS or high-growth B2B technology • Proven ability to take a product from problem definition through requirements, prioritization, launch, and iteration, including writing clear PRDs and user stories • Experience weighing in-house development against third-party solutions on cost, speed, scalability, and strategic fit • Strong understanding of GTM data (contacts, accounts, intent and enrichment signals) and ability to define data quality standards • Comfortable with SQL and working with data warehouses and BI tools to analyze usage and outcomes • Strong interest in exploring, launching, and scaling new GTM AI technologies, including practical experience prototyping or deploying AI-enabled workflows • Strong track record of partnering with Sales, CS, Engineering, and Data teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions • Comfortable defining product metrics, measuring adoption and ROI, and communicating findings to senior stakeholders • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and how data products and sales tools integrate into the broader GTM tech stack • Effective written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-starter with ownership mentality who operates independently and drives projects through to completion Bonus qualifications include: SaaS background managing GTM or sales tool portfolios, passion for AI and experimentation, technical aptitude with APIs and sales tool integrations, hands-on familiarity with B2B sales technology landscape (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Groove, Salesloft, Outreach, Clay, Clearbit, Crunchbase), familiarity with buyer intent platforms and conversation intelligence tools, and full-funnel experience supporting Sales Development, Account Executive, and Customer Success teams.
