Canva is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead for the Americas region, based in San Francisco with hybrid flexibility (1-2 days/week in office). This role sits within Canva's GTM Operations team, which partners across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, Revenue Systems, and Data to build the operating system behind B2B growth. You will serve as the primary strategic business partner to the Head of AMER Sales, helping shape how Canva grows across the Americas by connecting commercial strategy with disciplined execution. This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring comfort moving between strategy and operational detail. Key responsibilities include: owning AMER forecasting and performance-management rhythms (forecast rollups, risk assessment, scenario modeling, executive readouts); leading core operating cadences (pipeline inspections, deal reviews, QBRs, performance reviews); building repeatable performance visibility across bookings, pipeline, conversion, coverage, capacity, productivity, and attainment; diagnosing trends across segments, markets, and routes to market; leading AMER inputs into annual and in-year planning (headcount, territory design, account assignment, productivity assumptions); partnering cross-functionally with Finance, central GTM Operations, Revenue Systems, and Data; identifying structural opportunities to improve pipeline quality and deal velocity; helping evolve the AMER go-to-market model as the business scales; and acting as a trusted advisor translating complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders. You are a strategic, analytical thinker who turns complexity into clarity. You understand what it takes to build a predictable, scalable sales motion, can spot risk early, and identify performance levers. You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments, bringing structure to ambiguity without unnecessary process. You combine analytical depth with strong business judgment and a practical, people-first approach, energized by helping teams operate better and building systems that scale.
