You will own GTM operations end-to-end for the Account Management function, including compensation planning, territory design, and process improvement. You'll partner closely with GTM leaders to build scalable, user-friendly processes and optimize decision-making with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Your responsibilities include operationalizing the evolving GTM methodology by designing systems to measure and improve adoption and execution, building operational foundations for Account Management with initial processes and tooling, and identifying and removing operational bottlenecks that slow the team down. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in GTM/revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role. You should be able to jump into new situations, quickly identify areas of improvement, and solve problems with an eye toward architecting scalable solutions. You'll need a track record of building trust and credibility with GTM leaders and cross-functional partners. Analytical rigor is essential—direct experience building sales capacity plans and revenue forecasts, or an MBA/management consulting/finance background is highly valued. While you won't be a Salesforce administrator, comfort with CRM reporting and dashboards is required. Prior experience with post-sales, account management, or renewal operations is highly valued but not required.
