Confido is an AI operating system for cash application, deductions, trade, and planning in CPG (consumer packaged goods). The company serves 250+ brands managing $20B+ in revenue and recently raised a $55M Series B. As GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst, you'll work directly with sales and leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategy. This is not a traditional sales ops role focused on Salesforce administration. Instead, you'll be an analytical and strategic resource embedded with the GTM organization, helping determine the strongest story to tell each customer and how to prove it. Key responsibilities include: - Deal strategy and positioning: Partner with Account Executives to understand prospects' businesses and determine how Confido should position itself to win - Sales collateral: Build high-quality presentations, proposals, executive summaries, product narratives, and materials for customer meetings - Business cases and ROI: Analyze customer workflows and costs to quantify Confido's impact and develop financial cases for change - Product positioning: Develop narratives translating complex functionality into business value for different buyers - Competitive strategy: Research competitors and legacy systems to equip sales with differentiated positioning - Account research: Develop perspectives on strategic accounts before key meetings - New product commercialization: Work with Product and GTM leadership on packaging and positioning new capabilities - GTM infrastructure: Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and processes for the broader sales organization You'll be measured on deal impact, sales effectiveness, quality of collateral, speed of execution, and ability to create repeatable frameworks from individual deals. Requirements: - 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, growth strategy, corporate strategy, or similar highly analytical environment - Exceptional analytical skills and ability to quickly understand a business, market, or unfamiliar problem - Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills; ability to turn complex analysis into clear, executive-level communication - Excellent written communication; ability to distill complicated products or business problems into simple, compelling narratives - High attention to detail and strong quality standards - Comfort with quantitative information and building analyses around ROI, financial impact, and business performance - Strong commercial judgment and curiosity about why customers buy and how technology creates value - Ability to operate in fast-moving environment with changing priorities - Low ego and willingness to do whatever the situation requires - Interest in AI, enterprise software, CPG, and how technology is changing business operations - Willingness to work from NYC headquarters 5 days per week
