LiveKit is seeking a GTM Strategic Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and operations of the go-to-market organization as it scales significantly over the next 12-18 months. You will report directly to the CRO and VP of Finance, owning a comprehensive portfolio of responsibilities critical to the company's growth. Key responsibilities include: (1) Consumption revenue forecasting and financial modeling—translating pipeline to bookings to recognized revenue, defining ramp and utilization assumptions, and running forecasting and annual planning; (2) Deal desk operations—owning deal review, approval thresholds, gross margin floors by product, and discounting strategy; (3) Sales compensation design and administration—structuring comp plans, setting quotas, and calculating commissions; (4) GTM analytics and reporting—partnering with Data, RevOps, and Sales to build analytics dashboards, track KPIs (CAC payback, quota attainment, sales efficiency), and translate insights into actionable recommendations. LiveKit's platform powers voice AI applications for major customers including OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, and Spotify, facilitating billions of calls annually. The company sells a metered product across agent hosting, inference, telephony, media transport, and observability—each with distinct unit economics, making this role particularly complex and impactful. You should excel at building repeatable frameworks, advising on deals, maintaining high attention to detail, moving quickly in ambiguous environments, and pulling your own data to drive insights. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of progressive GTM finance, FP&A, RevOps, or deal desk experience at high-growth B2B tech companies, plus 2+ years at a top-tier investment bank or consulting firm. Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling, deep GTM metrics knowledge, hands-on quota and comp plan design experience, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential. Nice-to-have skills include voice AI or CPaaS background, usage-based business model experience, early-stage startup exposure, and familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Stripe, Metronome, CaptivateIQ, and NetSuite.
