The GTM Recruiter role is a full-cycle recruiting position focused on building out the Revenue organization. You will partner closely with leaders across Sales Development, Account Executives, Corporate, Mid-Market, and Partnerships teams to identify, attract, and close world-class talent at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running full-cycle recruiting for high-volume GTM roles including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Revenue Partnerships positions
- Working alongside GTM leadership to refine role requirements, develop hiring strategy, and identify success signals that improve quality of hire
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines with emphasis on efficiency, transparency, and high-touch candidate experience
- Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations
- Representing ElevenLabs externally through compelling candidate interactions and brand representation
You should have full-cycle GTM recruiting experience at high-growth startups with a proven track record closing quota-carrying sales roles. You excel at managing high volume and complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. You partner effectively with hiring leaders, influence through clarity and data, and communicate exceptionally well—crafting compelling role narratives and delivering white-glove experiences for candidates and stakeholders.
The role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere, though candidates based in New York City are strongly preferred. An office option is available at the New York location if preferred.
