Coram AI is seeking a GTM Recruiter to support rapid hiring across go-to-market and operations functions. The role involves full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (SDRs, Demand Gen) and G&A positions (Finance, Ops), with responsibility for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closing.
You will manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines. The position requires maintaining accurate candidate data and workflows in the ATS, with a focus on continuously improving recruiting processes and candidate experience.
