Campfire, a Series B accounting/fintech company, is seeking a GTM Recruiter to join its People & Talent team in New York. You will be the first recruiter based in the New York office and will partner closely with Sales leadership to build and scale the go-to-market organization.
You will own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, primarily Account Executives (AEs), Solutions Consultants (SCs), and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your responsibilities include:
- Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer closure for GTM positions
- Partner with Sales leaders to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and strategic priorities
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through hands-on sourcing and outbound recruiting
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, conduct reference checks, and extend offers
- Ensure candidates move quickly through the interview process while delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Develop talent maps to identify strong candidates before roles officially open
- Support hiring managers in making thoughtful and timely hiring decisions
- Monitor recruiting activity and pipeline health, proactively identifying and flagging gaps
- Contribute to improving recruiting processes as the company scales
- Represent Campfire's culture and values throughout all candidate interactions
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who loves recruiting, moves quickly, and thrives with full ownership of the recruiting function.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience recruiting for GTM and Sales roles, ideally including Account Executives, SDRs, and/or Solutions Consultants
- Background working at a fast-growing startup or similarly fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to build pipelines from scratch
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously while maintaining velocity
- Comfort with detail-oriented work across the full recruiting spectrum (sourcing, scheduling, closing)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Highly organized, proactive approach with strong ownership mentality
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Enthusiasm for hands-on work and building recruiting infrastructure at an early-stage company
