As GTM & Ops Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring for all go-to-market and operations roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Finance, and business operations hires. You'll build outbound sourcing from scratch, leveraging narrow, well-researched headhunting, customer networks, and your own professional relationships to identify exceptional talent. You'll partner directly with founders to define talent standards and design hiring processes that maintain a high bar while moving with velocity.
You'll serve as a strategic business advisor on market trends, talent opportunities, and hiring tradeoffs. The role requires balancing exceptional quality with speed in a hypergrowth environment. You'll also build the company's employer brand and develop longer-term strategic engagement sequences with passive candidates.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM and Ops roles within fast-paced startups. You should have a proven track record of hiring top talent who succeed in their roles, comfort operating with urgency in hypergrowth, and experience recruiting for technical products—ideally infrastructure or developer-tools companies. Strong sourcing craft, process instinct, high agency, and ability to thrive in ambiguity are essential.
