Sierra is building an AI platform to help businesses create better, more human customer experiences. As GTM Operations Analyst, you will drive end-to-end strategic projects including building business cases and execution plans for new markets, performing financial and data analysis on product performance, and developing frameworks for annual planning. You'll act as a thought partner to leaders across the company to improve business planning, performance, and execution. The role requires mastering Sierra's daily operations, identifying inefficiencies, and optimizing existing processes while introducing new ones. You'll coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects.
This is a broad-exposure role where you'll wear many hats and have the opportunity to define your future by gaining exposure to all aspects of Sierra's operations. The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations, with at least 2+ years in investment banking or consulting. You must have outstanding English and business-level Japanese communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable recommendations for executives. High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a methodical, process-driven mentality focused on accuracy and efficiency are essential. SQL experience and prior 0-1 startup operational experience are valued.
