Sierra is building a platform to help businesses create better, more human customer experiences with AI. The company is founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs, AR/VR, and Google Workspace). Sierra is headquartered in San Francisco with offices across Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney. As GTM Operations Analyst for Agent Development, you will serve as the strategy and operations partner to the Agent Development leadership team, bringing operational rigor to support the scaling of AI agent deployments at enterprise customers. Your core responsibilities include: - Establish and maintain operating cadence with Agent Dev leadership, providing clear visibility into business health metrics including pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and identified risks. - Operationalize best practices for enterprise agent deployment by helping define and scale the playbook for how Sierra builds, evaluates, launches, and expands AI agents at large enterprises. - Drive account expansion strategy by working closely with account teams to identify whitespace, prioritize expansion opportunities, and build repeatable motions that convert post-sale momentum into durable revenue growth. - Translate complex data analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive high-leverage business decisions. - Build internal tooling using AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to automate workflows and create operational leverage across the Agent Development organization. You should bring 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations roles at top-tier technology companies. You'll need strong analytical rigor, demonstrated experience supporting sales or commercial teams, comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, and the ability to independently structure complex problems. Commercial instinct, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential. Ideal candidates will have technical fluency and coding comfort, with experience building apps or internal tools and confidence using AI coding tools to create production-ready solutions. Prior 0-1 operating experience at a growth-stage technology company is a plus.
