You will serve as the strategy and operations partner to the Agent Development leadership team, bringing operational rigor to this critical business unit. Your responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain operating cadence with clear visibility into business health: pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks
- Operationalize best practices for enterprise AI agent deployment, defining and scaling the playbook for how Sierra builds, evaluates, launches, and expands agents at large enterprises
- Drive account expansion strategy by identifying whitespace, prioritizing expansion opportunities, and building repeatable motions that convert post-sale momentum into durable revenue growth
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations that drive high-leverage decisions
- Build internal tooling using AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate workflows and create operational leverage
You bring 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies. You have strong analytical rigor, demonstrated experience supporting sales or post-sales teams, and comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing environments. You understand how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded, with excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Ideal candidates have technical fluency and coding comfort, having built apps or internal tools before and can confidently use AI coding tools. Prior 0-1 operating experience at a growth-stage technology company is a plus.
