Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top-tier law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates globally across Europe, North America, and APAC.
You will lead Legora's go-to-market engine in the US within the Strategic Accounts function, a focused team responsible for the company's most important customers and highest-impact commercial opportunities. This is a high-ownership, commercially accountable role where you will drive pipeline, shape and progress complex enterprise deals, and directly influence revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own pipeline and revenue across strategic US accounts, driving high-quality generation and progression across priority segments and enterprise opportunities
- Build and execute targeted GTM plays for high-value use cases and customer segments, testing, refining, and scaling what drives measurable commercial outcomes
- Shape and progress complex deals alongside Account Executives and GTM leadership, owning deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, and progression to close
- Engage senior enterprise stakeholders with clear, compelling narratives that resonate with legal leaders and decision-makers
- Translate Legora's product capabilities into differentiated commercial value positioned in the context of how customers actually work
- Analyse pipeline, conversion, and win-rate data to identify bottlenecks and demonstrate impact
- Codify and scale what works, contributing directly to Legora's GTM playbook for enterprise and strategic segments
You will work at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution, defining GTM approaches and building the plays that enable the company to win at scale. The role is based in Legora's Union Square office in New York, designed for ambitious builders, with opportunities for global collaboration across EMEA, NORAM, APAC, and LATAM.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in either (i) a B2B SaaS individual contributor role with a track record of overdelivering on pipeline and revenue targets, or (ii) top-tier consulting (MBB) or a senior legal role, with demonstrated commercial mindset and direct exposure to revenue-generating work (client development, deal origination, or GTM initiatives)
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments, influencing senior decision-makers and driving deals forward without an existing playbook
- Track record of driving measurable outcomes, not just supporting execution
- Structured problem-solving ability to take ambiguous commercial challenges from insight through to execution and results
- Exceptional communication skills, credible with senior external stakeholders and effective at aligning internal teams around shared commercial goals
