SmithRx is a venture-backed healthtech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector with a next-generation drug acquisition platform. The company has onboarded hundreds of thousands of members since 2016 and is rapidly scaling.
You will be SmithRx's first GTM Finance business partner, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance. This is a builder role that will establish the financial foundation for the go-to-market engine from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build strategic partnerships with Sales and Marketing leadership, providing decision support on investments, financial results, and market trends
- Own and continuously improve forecasting models for members and revenue, aligned with pipeline and long-range planning
- Develop and evolve GTM KPIs and ROI frameworks (CAC, LTV, Payback period) to guide strategic decisions
- Partner with GTM teams on pricing strategy and proposals, developing P&L models for new customers and contracts
- Own monthly forecasts, executive variance analysis, annual planning, and spend management for the S&M organization
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR on headcount planning, capacity models, commission structures, and quota development
- Build systems, tooling, and frameworks including automation, reporting, and operational rhythms
You bring 8+ years of FP&A, GTM Finance, or Strategic Finance experience in high-growth environments. You have proven success supporting Sales or Marketing leadership with deep understanding of revenue models and GTM unit economics. Healthcare or healthtech experience is preferred. You excel at managing executive relationships, complex financial modeling, and quantitative analysis. You communicate with executive presence, challenge assumptions constructively, and operate independently with high ownership and urgency.
