Inductive Bio is an AI-driven drug discovery platform that accelerates the design-make-test-analyze (DMTA) cycles for pharmaceutical research. Their ADMET/PK models have won the world's largest AI drug discovery competition two years running, outperforming 370+ submissions including Merck, NVIDIA, and EMD Serono. The company is Series A-backed and partnered with dozens of biopharma organizations.
As GTM Enterprise Lead, you will own a critical growth area by deepening relationships with large pharma customers. You'll work directly with pharma leaders and scientists to uncover their highest-priority needs, translate those insights into new product capabilities and commercial offerings, and build the strategy to scale those offerings across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities include: building deep understanding of large pharma discovery workflows and priorities; leading conversations with scientific and business stakeholders to uncover underlying problems; working with internal teams to develop new product capabilities and services; developing and testing hypotheses about market entry points; identifying target accounts and building relationships through outreach and networking; shaping compelling pitches, pilots, pricing, and business cases; supporting the full commercial cycle from initial conversation through pilot design, negotiation, and delivery; building repeatable playbooks for selling and expanding within complex pharma organizations; and bringing market feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
You'll thrive in an environment where the offering and playbook are still being built, with meaningful ownership in a fast-growing startup. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, rapid testing and iteration, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver customer value.
