Collective is seeking a GTM Engineer to optimize pipeline management, data analytics, and revenue operations across the sales organization. The company provides an integrated platform for self-employed professionals, handling business incorporation, accounting, bookkeeping, tax services, and community access. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive growth through systematic optimization of revenue-generating systems. You'll evaluate and improve lead routing, scoring, and AI-driven workflows that help Account Executives perform at 2x their current output. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with Sales Leadership on lead routing, segmentation, enrichment, and rep performance analytics - Owning the sales toolstack implementation, testing new tools and workflows to improve AE efficiency (conversion rate, quota attainment) - Serving as the control tower for lead governance, messaging, and system operations, including SLA handoffs between sales and marketing - Leading high-priority cross-functional GTM initiatives from problem definition through test launch and iteration - Designing AI-native workflows that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and accelerate decision-making - Working with Business Systems and data teams to operationalize automation across the revenue engine You'll bring 5–8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Engineering at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Required expertise includes hands-on Salesforce administration, proven track record improving BDR and AE workflows through hypothesis-driven testing, and comfort building AI-native solutions (Clay, n8n, Claude code). Strong SQL and data analytics skills are essential, along with experience scaling GTM processes from sub-10 to 50+ sellers. You'll need forecasting, performance analytics, and segmentation expertise, plus sharp cross-functional communication skills and high agency in building structure from ambiguity.
