Wispr AI is building the voice interface for computing. This is the founding GTM Engineer role within the Revenue Operations team, responsible for designing and building the systems that power go-to-market operations.
You will own the full stack of revenue infrastructure: company and people data enrichment, account hierarchy and ICP fit scoring, reliable syncs between Salesforce and ClickHouse data warehouse, and shared definitions across the GTM team. You'll build signals from product usage, intent data, hiring changes, and job movements—turning them into prioritized accounts and timely alerts for sales reps, including product-qualified leads from existing Flow users.
You'll design and run programmatic outbound campaigns: signal-based plays, account research and personalization, sequencing, and attribution analysis to identify which plays scale. Working closely with sales and marketing, you'll build the systems that execute these plays. On the inbound side, you own the entire funnel—enrichment at capture, lead qualification, scheduling, and routing to get leads to reps in minutes, plus follow-up on self-serve sign-ups showing sales intent. You'll measure and optimize speed-to-lead and conversion rates.
A key part of the role is building AI agents for the revenue team: account research, meeting prep and follow-up, data hygiene, and deal processing. You'll run these agents like production software—writing evals and tests before release, monitoring performance, implementing fallbacks when models or vendors fail, and maintaining clear logs of agent actions and reasoning. You'll decide where LLMs add value and where simpler rules suffice. You'll also help ops, sales, and marketing build with AI themselves by providing tools, documentation, and reusable patterns.
Wispr is a talent-dense team that tests ideas quickly and builds technology that sparks joy. The company is growing product-led, with many target accounts already using Flow—your job is to identify those accounts, get them to the right rep at the right time, and own how prospects experience Wispr across self-serve and sales motions.
