ButterflyMX is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the automation and AI agent infrastructure for the Sales organization. This senior individual contributor role focuses on building intelligent systems that eliminate manual friction, surface high-value accounts and signals, and amplify rep productivity across prospecting, pipeline management, and deal acceleration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain AI-powered pipeline generation infrastructure, including property trigger monitoring from third-party data sources, account and building scoring models, and outreach automation that converts signals into rep-ready pipeline.
- Develop and operate a library of role-specific AI agents and prompt templates (post-call summarization, outreach personalization, next-best-action guidance, deal coaching), owning prompt engineering and agent reliability at scale.
- Design internal tools for reps and operators that provide self-serve access to intelligence and workflow acceleration.
- Analyze Salesforce data, call transcripts, pipeline patterns, and conversion signals to identify revenue constraints and prioritize automation investments; measure impact and feed continuous improvement loops.
- Own the rep-facing intelligence layer—natural language query interfaces for self-serve pipeline access and conversational intelligence pipelines that extract call signals into CRM fields.
- Govern GTM data integrity across the Sales stack, ensuring Salesforce accuracy, opportunity stage enforcement, and real-time conflict resolution on account ownership.
