Boulevard is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses (salons, spas, medspa, barbershops). The company is scaling from $50M toward $250M in revenue and seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and scale the systems powering their go-to-market motion.
You will own the automation engine that drives Boulevard's outbound, routing, enrichment, and seller workflows. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll partner closely with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Enablement, and Analytics to design scalable workflows that reduce manual work, increase demos per rep, and improve pipeline performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architect and evolve automation workflows across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, and Outreach for prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, and lifecycle management
- Design AI-driven enrichment workflows in Clay with custom prompt logic for SMB data extraction
- Define and implement GPT-driven outbound personalization frameworks to improve seller efficiency
- Design and maintain integrations across GTM systems to ensure accurate, real-time data flow
- Improve routing logic, enrichment standards, and scoring frameworks for a scaling GTM organization
- Leverage Gong transcripts to automate call insights into Salesforce
- Identify and automate manual processes across the GTM motion
- Own monitoring, alerting, and error handling for integration workflows
- Define governance standards for enrichment, routing, and data hygiene
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to automate call scoring and coaching insights
- Support rollout and adoption through documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Surface automation opportunities tied to measurable improvements in SDR productivity and pipeline generation
You'll need 3–5 years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or technical automation roles within B2B SaaS. Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM architecture, object relationships, lifecycle design) is essential. Direct experience building workflows in Clay and LeanData is required. Proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Workato, N8N) and experience with Gong and Outreach are expected. Experience building internal tools and Claude Code proficiency are preferred. BA/BS degree preferred.
