ElevenLabs is hiring its first Product Enablement specialist to join the Product & Technical Enablement team. You will support global go-to-market teams in preparing for product launches across three main platforms: ElevenAgents (voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (speech, music, image, and video generation across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (AI audio foundational models).
Your mission is to help sellers understand, demo, and sell each new product launch with confidence, starting preparation well before launch day. This is a full-stack role on a lean team where you'll build training content, deliver workshops, design practice environments, and flex across products as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support new product launches by tracking releases from alpha through GA and having training ready before launch day
- Build hands-on launch workshops that go beyond features to explain how to use products, demo them, and pitch their value
- Turn product marketing battlecards into competitive enablement trainings, simulations, and demo workshops
- Help define product certification standards for GTM teams and build playbooks that raise confidence across the field
- Keep training current as products ship through everboarding and onboarding programs
- Craft realistic practice environments using ElevenLabs' own voice and agent technology, with scored feedback and role-play scenarios
- Operate AI-natively by using the company's own tools to build training faster and teaching others to do the same
- Measure success by tracking seller certification rates within 2 weeks of GA, demo and pitch quality scores, and win rates against named competitors
You will report to the Product & Technical Enablement Lead and work closely with product marketing, engineering, and GTM enablement teams. The role is remote-first and globally distributed, with occasional travel to team hubs and onboarding sessions. You should be able to work effectively across US and European time zones.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–7+ years as an enterprise seller or solutions engineer, or as a seller who transitioned into product marketing or enablement, at a SaaS, platform, or API-first company
- Hands-on experience with agents, APIs, or creative tools; conceptual understanding of how they work
- Demonstrated ability to demo and pitch technical products to customers, explaining value beyond features
- Track record of teaching, mentoring, or building training in addition to customer-facing work
- Comfort building a program from scratch with no existing playbook
- Credibility with sellers built from time in the seat or direct seller support; ability to work well with product marketing, research, and engineering teams
- Clear communication skills and ability to adapt product material for different audiences without diluting it
BONUS:
- Experience at high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first companies
- Background in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology
- Vertical depth in financial services, healthcare, telecom, CCaaS, or other AI companies
- Hands-on experience with competing voice and agent platforms
- Experience running workshops or labs for sellers or customers
- Experience building role-play, simulation, or demo practice environments
