Sensi.AI is a hyper-growth healthtech startup transforming home care through agentic AI. This GTM Enablement Lead role sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and AI-powered operations, reporting to leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
You will serve as the central hub ensuring unified GTM strategy and consistent messaging across all customer-facing and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Translating technical product releases into clear, actionable enablement materials and building AI workflows to keep them current and distributed without manual intervention
• Owning the full lifecycle of external and internal enablement collateral—sales decks, case studies, training materials, documentation—ensuring accuracy and relevance as the product evolves
• Designing and leading training sessions that build product fluency and sales excellence across the GTM organization
• Building and maintaining an internal Knowledge Base as the single source of truth, with automation layers that keep it updated and surfaced without manual maintenance
• Partnering with Marketing to co-create outcome-focused messaging that moves beyond feature lists
• Identifying manual, repetitive, or broken processes across GTM and redesigning them as AI-powered workflows
• Building intelligent systems that automatically capture, organize, and surface institutional knowledge as the company scales
• Improving customer onboarding, adoption, and retention through automation and personalization
• Evaluating emerging AI tools and rapidly prototyping new use cases with measurable business impact
• Measuring results through dashboards, experimentation, and ROI analysis to inform future priorities
This is a hands-on role that blends traditional enablement leadership with modern AI automation. You'll work in a hybrid model (Austin-based) or remote (outside Austin) within a collaborative, fast-moving organization.
