Fireworks AI is seeking a seasoned GTM Enablement Manager to build and scale the company's go-to-market enablement function as it grows. Reporting to the Head of GTM Enablement within Revenue Operations, you will co-develop and eventually own Firecademy, Fireworks' monthly in-person onboarding program for new sales and field engineering hires. You'll design and deliver role-based ramp journeys for Account Executives, AI Field Engineers, and BDRs, ensuring consistent and rapid productivity. Your responsibilities include creating training content across product knowledge, sales skills, competitive positioning, and internal processes; facilitating live and virtual sessions for audiences ranging from new individual contributors to senior leaders; and translating product innovations into field-ready enablement materials. You'll synthesize best practices from real customer engagements and enablement outcomes to codify and share them with the field, while feeding insights upstream to shape GTM strategy. A unique aspect of this role is designing and deploying AI agents that enhance Account Executive efficiency and surface Revenue Operations insights, building on foundations laid by the GTM Engineering team. You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to keep the field ahead of product innovation and industry evolution. The role requires deep facilitation and content-building expertise, strong program management, fluency across sales methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management. You'll be the on-site point of contact in San Mateo, working Monday/Wednesday/Friday in-office, plus full weeks during monthly Firecademy programs. This is an individual contributor role with potential for growth as the function scales.
