This Chief of Staff role is a high-trust, high-impact position reporting directly to the General Manager of the Middle East region. You will serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner, driving revenue operations, pipeline hygiene, capacity planning, and complex deal execution across a multi-market region. Key responsibilities include partnering on strategy and regional planning, owning forecasting and pipeline management, supporting enterprise deal coordination, conducting AE interviews and representing the GM in customer meetings, managing complex cross-timezone calendars and projects, ensuring team alignment on processes, identifying and solving operational problems proactively, leveraging AI tools to multiply impact, and handling sensitive matters with discretion.
The ideal candidate combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You have low ego, high ownership, and genuine commercial instincts. You're equally comfortable presenting to customers as you are working in spreadsheets or Salesforce dashboards. Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, RevOps, or high-growth startup GTM environments is essential. You must be based in Singapore (same timezone as the team), fluent in English, and ideally proficient in Arabic.
