OneStream is seeking a GSI Director based in Milan to lead and manage relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) including PwC, KPMG, IBM, Accenture, and Deloitte, as well as regional system integrators across Italy and Iberia. This is a strategic leadership role within the Strategic Alliances organization.
The GSI Director will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of partnership professionals while driving co-sell revenue, solution asset development, and enablement goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including regional sales, field marketing, product marketing, product development, and strategy to ensure GSI partners are properly equipped with OneStream product information and messaging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, monitoring, and managing each GSI relationship to achieve revenue targets, solution asset development, and implementation standards
- Building practice capacity to support scalable, sustained year-on-year growth
- Coordinating across OneStream's global and regional teams to align with all partner firms
- Ensuring compliance with OneStream Strategic Alliance policies
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all alliance communications, including conflict resolution
- Reporting on GSI-related company objectives to executive management
- Fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture and providing mentorship and performance feedback
- Leading and developing a team of partnership professionals
The role requires up to 30% travel within assigned regions for partner meetings and events, plus international travel at least twice yearly for OneStream conferences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or related role
- 3+ years of partner management experience within enterprise application software providers
- Understanding of Corporate Performance Management and operational issues around financial consolidation and FP&A processes
- Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (highly preferred)
- Previous sales experience (highly preferred)
- Experience using or implementing CPM solutions from Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Workday, Tagetik, Anaplan, or Workiva (highly preferred)
- Strong executive presence to engage with senior partners and managing directors
- Knowledge of GSI firms' go-to-market strategies and engagement models
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level partners
- Project leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
