Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300M+ monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences.
As Growth Strategy Manager, you will architect Fever's expansion across the region, owning the growth roadmap and defining the business model and partner portfolio strategy. This is a strategic, high-impact role at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
• Market Growth & Leadership: Define and lead business plans for key expansion areas and strategic partners, driving projects that impact product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever's proprietary data and technology to help partners scale and succeed.
• Strategic Implementation: Move beyond analysis to execution. Lead projects that convert complex data into actionable business cases, owning accountability for key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Operational Excellence: Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure lean, efficient operations that support rapid growth across diverse markets.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional and country General Managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs aligned with Fever's global capabilities.
You bring 4-5+ years in analytical business roles (strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or investment banking preferred) with a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy required.
Strengths include strong analytical capabilities, data-driven decision-making, excellent communication and stakeholder influence across cultures and disciplines, and technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. You are a proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and high-stakes decisions, passionate about industry trends and growth opportunities.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; Spanish is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires required.
