Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. As Growth Strategy Manager for the Brazil market (based in Buenos Aires, reporting to Rio de Janeiro operations), you will architect Fever's expansion across Brazil. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development—not a pure execution position. Key responsibilities: **Market Growth & Leadership**: Define and lead the business plan for key Brazil expansion areas and strategic partners. Drive projects with direct impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization. **Strategic Advisory**: Act as lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners. Leverage Fever's proprietary data and technology to help partners scale and succeed. **Strategic Impact**: Move beyond analysis to implementation. Lead projects that translate complex data into actionable business cases. Own accountability for key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI. **Operational Excellence**: Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows. Ensure operations remain lean and efficient as the company scales across diverse markets. **Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with Country and Regional General Managers across Brazil. Build business cases for local marketing and technology needs aligned with Fever's global product and marketing capabilities. You'll need 4–5+ years in analytical business roles (strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or investment banking preferred) with a proven track record of driving growth and business impact. Strong data literacy, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential.
