You will serve as Growth & Strategy Manager for Northern California, one of InnovaMat's most strategic U.S. markets. You'll have autonomy similar to a founder while backed by a global organization, with the opportunity to shape how an entire region and eventually the U.S. market grows. The role includes ~50% travel within the region and requires building and eventually leading a team. REQUIREMENTS: - Entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record of building, shipping, or taking ownership of something meaningful - Experience in fast-paced environments (investment banking, consulting, private equity, tech, early-stage startups) demonstrating grit, resilience, and results-oriented performance - Founder mentality: operate beyond your role, improve systems and processes, drive outcomes - Operator mindset combining strategy with execution; ability to zoom out for planning and zoom in for execution - Proven closing ability with experience owning full sales cycles or delivering results in high-performance environments - Team building capability: excited to hire, develop, and lead teams with high standards - Resilience and relationship intelligence to navigate complex multi-stakeholder decision processes and build trust with senior stakeholders - Learning mindset: willingness to deeply understand math education and district adoption dynamics - Based in San Francisco with willingness to travel ~50% - Preferred: experience launching or scaling from 0→1, curiosity about education and learning science, comfort with high-impact and high-responsibility environments
