OpenArt AI is a leading AI creative platform for visual storytelling used by millions worldwide. The company is building next-generation creative tools powered by cutting-edge AI, enabling users to create videos, images, visuals, characters, and stories. OpenArt achieved 7x revenue growth last year and is expanding into Brazil, India, and Europe while launching OpenArt Director, a new "vibe directing" product category.
As Growth Product Manager, you will own the complete user journey from acquisition through monetization. Your responsibilities include:
- Optimizing activation across all acquisition channels (paid, organic, viral, partnerships) by designing per-channel onboarding flows tailored to different cohorts
- Driving channel-level conversion in partnership with marketing on paid acquisition, SEO, and viral loops
- Owning the free-to-paid conversion funnel, including paywall design, pricing experiments, packaging, and upsell flows to build a scalable PLG monetization engine
- Building and maintaining a rigorous experimentation engine with well-powered tests, clean readouts, and honest decision-making
- Managing retention and lifecycle through email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and resurrection campaigns
- Supporting category-defining product launches including OpenArt Director and new market entries with growth instrumentation and funnel design
- Working directly with founders, distributed engineering teams, marketing, and lifecycle leads with high autonomy and direct access to decision-makers
This is positioned as a high-leverage moment: the company has millions of users, fast-growing revenue, and an unoptimized paywall. You'll have real numbers to move and the opportunity to shape a new product category.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of growth product management experience at a product-led growth (PLG) consumer or prosumer company
- Demonstrated track record moving real metrics: new-user activation, channel-level conversion, free-to-paid conversion, retention (with specific examples you can walk through)
- Deep onboarding expertise: experience redesigning onboarding for different acquisition sources and ability to discuss what worked and what didn't
- Strong experimentation fundamentals: understanding of power analysis, sample sizing, holdouts vs. A/B testing, sequential testing pitfalls, and ability to read noisy results honestly
- Proficiency with growth tooling stack: Amplitude or similar analytics, Stripe, attribution tools (Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, GA4), and lifecycle platforms (Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or similar)
- Quantitative skills: comfortable with SQL or analytics dashboards; self-sufficient in data analysis without waiting for others to pull reports
- Strong product instincts: ability to diagnose funnel issues, conduct user conversations, and quickly identify high-impact opportunities
- Comfort working across time zones with distributed teams
- AI-native approach: effectively leverage AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, and decision-making in daily workflows
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with global growth, localized onboarding, regional payment methods, and country-specific channels (especially APAC, LATAM, Europe)
- Background in consumer AI or generative AI products
- Pricing and packaging experience at subscription businesses
- SEO or programmatic SEO background
- Creative tools/design software experience (Adobe, Canva, Figma, or adjacent)
- Experience as first growth PM hire and building the growth function from scratch
