Lightfield is an AI-native CRM that automatically assembles customer data from email, calendar, and meetings, turning interactions into organized context for accounts, tasks, follow-ups, and insights. The company has achieved rapid adoption with over 5,000 companies using the product since launch in November, backed by top-tier investors including Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue. The founding team previously built Tome (25M+ users) and worked on Llama, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Pinterest, Google, and Salesforce.
As Growth Operations Lead, you will own the go-to-market machine that powers Lightfield's growth. This is a unique opportunity to build GTM systems inside an AI-native CRM rather than administering disconnected point tools. You'll report directly to the Head of GTM and serve as the most demanding user of your own product, setting the reference for how thousands of companies will eventually run GTM on Lightfield.
Key responsibilities include: maintaining the complete TAM database of 20,000+ venture-backed companies with funding data and ICP segmentation; building attribution and reporting layers that track pipeline sources, campaign-to-spend mapping, and marketing dashboards; designing and deploying revenue-driving automations including visitor de-anonymization, demo recovery, re-engagement, and referral loops; owning lead scoring, segment-based routing, and marketing-sales handoff SLAs; integrating Lightfield with external tools (ad platforms, enrichment, billing); and managing the agent fleet that powers the operating model.
You should be AI-native, comfortable building workflows through description and using AI for analysis and automation. You've run RevOps or growth ops at a fast-growing B2B company, own CRM data models end-to-end, and have experience with lead routing, attribution, and enrichment challenges. You think in systems rather than individual tasks, are technically fearless with APIs and data pipelines, and treat CRM data quality as a product. You thrive in fast-paced, less-structured early-stage environments and ship daily.
