MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform used by 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo to optimize operations across 13.9 million managed assets. The company is building an experimentation engine to drive the next phase of customer acquisition through structured testing of new growth channels. In this role, you will design and run performance marketing experiments across paid social, streaming audio, direct mail, programmatic advertising, and emerging channels to identify scalable acquisition channels at or below target CAC. You will manage a growing test budget, analyze quantitative and qualitative data to decide which experiments to scale, pivot, or stop, and present recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership. You will use AI tools for creative testing, automation, and optimization to increase test velocity while maintaining human judgment on critical decisions. You will build testing frameworks and documentation to accelerate future experiments and ensure results are reusable. You will partner closely with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to ensure each test aligns with value propositions and sales motions. Within 12 months, success is measured by owning 1–2 channels end-to-end, documenting new channel performance, and scaling at least one channel beyond initial test budget. You will learn directly from a senior growth leader and grow into full ownership of channels over time. MaintainX emphasizes output-driven culture, promoting quickly when people deliver results. The role offers autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to build something customers already choose and expand. **Requirements:** - Hands-on experience running performance campaigns and budgets on paid social, programmatic, content syndication, or similar demand channels - Experience co-managing $250K–$500K+ in annual performance marketing spend - Track record of structuring clean tests, measuring impact, and making clear recommendations - Time in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS - Working fluency in analytics tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau) to pull insights and act on them - Practical experience using AI tools in campaign or creative workflows **Nice-to-haves:** - Experience with offline channels such as direct mail or streaming audio - Paid search (Google/Bing) experience (not part of this role)
