MaintainX, a mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams (now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions as of August 2026), is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join its Growth Marketing team. The team builds and runs the experimentation engine driving customer acquisition, testing new channels, managing test budgets, and scaling what works. Core paid search is owned separately; this role focuses on everything beyond it. You will design and run structured tests across paid social, streaming audio, direct mail, programmatic, and emerging channels to identify scalable acquisition channels at or below target customer acquisition cost (CAC). You will manage a growing test budget, shifting spend toward high-performing channels to improve efficiency, and take full ownership of 1–2 channels within 6–12 months. Your responsibilities include analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to decide which experiments to scale, pivot, or stop, and presenting recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership. You will leverage AI tools for creative testing, automation, and optimization to increase test velocity while maintaining human judgment on critical decisions. You will build testing frameworks and documentation to accelerate future experiment launches and enable result reuse. Collaboration with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing teams is essential to ensure each test aligns with value propositions and sales motions. You will learn directly from a senior growth leader. Success within 12 months is defined by owning 1–2 channels end-to-end, testing and documenting new channel performance, and scaling at least one channel beyond initial test budget. MaintainX serves over 13,000 customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo, managing 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders. The company emphasizes output-driven culture, rapid promotion based on delivery, and autonomy with accountability. REQUIREMENTS: Must-haves: - Hands-on experience running performance campaigns and budgets on paid social, programmatic, content syndication, or similar demand channels - Experience co-managing $250K–$500K+ in annual performance marketing spend - Track record of structuring clean tests, measuring impact, and making clear recommendations - Time in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS - Working fluency in analytics tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau) to extract insights and act on them - Practical experience using AI tools in campaign or creative workflows Nice-to-haves: - Experience with offline channels such as direct mail or streaming audio - Paid search (Google/Bing) experience (not part of this role)
