MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo. The platform manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders, helping industrial and frontline teams reduce unplanned downtime.
You will join the Growth Marketing team, which designs and runs the experimentation engine for customer acquisition. Your focus is testing and scaling new channels beyond core paid search to deliver pipeline and build the foundation for future marketing investments.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and run structured tests across paid social, streaming audio, direct mail, programmatic, and emerging channels to identify scalable acquisition channels at or below target CAC.
- Manage a growing test budget, reallocating spend toward high-performing experiments to improve efficiency.
- Take full ownership of 1–2 channels within 6–12 months.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to recommend which experiments to scale, pivot, or stop; present recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Leverage AI tools for creative testing, automation, and optimization to increase test velocity while maintaining human judgment on critical decisions.
- Build testing frameworks and documentation to accelerate future experiments and enable knowledge reuse.
- Partner with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to ensure tests align with value propositions and sales motions.
- Learn directly from a senior growth leader.
Success metrics within 12 months: owning 1–2 channels end-to-end, testing and documenting new channel performance, and scaling at least one channel beyond initial test budget.
The role offers autonomy, rapid promotion based on output, and the opportunity to build the experimentation engine from the ground up as part of a small, high-impact team. You will work on a product customers actively choose and expand, focusing on reaching the next buyer rather than validating demand.

- Background in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS

- Practical experience using AI tools in campaign or creative workflows
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with offline channels such as direct mail or streaming audio
- Paid search (Google/Bing) experience (not part of this role)
