Inspira Education Group, a fast-growing edtech startup backed by leading VCs (Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, Craft Ventures), is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale their online events program. This role owns the entire events ecosystem—from creative strategy and content development to production, promotion, measurement, and team building.
For the first 2–3 months, you'll be hands-on: hosting webinars, creating presentation decks, coordinating with consultants and tutors, and learning the audience deeply. You'll then transition into building and managing a team to scale events across multiple brands (medical, legal, business, and college admissions coaching).
Key responsibilities include developing content calendars and testing new event formats (AMAs, bootcamps, masterclasses, panel discussions); managing all technical logistics via GoToWebinar/Zoom; crafting promotion strategies across email, SMS, social, and paid channels; building pre- and post-event email flows; tracking UTM data and funnel metrics; and training moderators and junior presenters. You'll also leverage AI tools to improve deck creation, graphics, and copywriting, and collaborate with the social team to repurpose webinar content into short-form video.
You'll report into the growth/marketing function and work cross-functionally with Sales (on follow-up strategies), the lifecycle team (on automation), and social media teams (on content repurposing). Success is measured by registrations per event, cost per attendee, attendance rate, and revenue attribution.
This is a full-time, in-person role requiring 5 days/week in the NYC office (Gramercy). Ideal candidates have 5+ years in marketing, events, webinars, lifecycle, content, or growth; proven success scaling webinar programs; experience in fast-paced growth environments; and familiarity with HubSpot and landing page builders. Education/test-prep background is a plus.
