Langdock is a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that brings leading AI models into one unified workspace for organizations. Over 10,000 companies use the platform daily to draft strategies, analyze documents, and automate workflows. The company is building a dedicated growth team to scale acquisition from organic, self-serve foundations into a deliberate engine.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the self-serve acquisition funnel end-to-end: website, signup flow, pricing, and conversion of free users to paying customers. You will run experiments across paid, organic, partnerships, and new markets—setting budgets and kill criteria before spending, then analyzing results to decide what to scale or kill. You will write copy for landing pages, comparison pages, ad variants, and in-product messages, working closely with a growth engineer who builds the product side of experiments.
You report directly to the co-CEO and work within a small growth team that includes a growth engineer and a growth activation lead. This is a hands-on, builder role where you own the numbers and are accountable for acquisition results. You will decide where acquisition time and money go, run the experiments yourself, and read the data to inform scaling decisions.
The role is based in Berlin at the company's office (Greifswalder Strasse 212). The environment emphasizes in-person collaboration, with work starting at 8:30 AM, catered meals, and a culture of calm urgency—moving fast without chaos while maintaining focus on solutions and personal well-being.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Heavy user of AI in daily work, with informed opinions on what works and what does not; already compounding output with AI
- Proven ownership of acquisition across multiple channels with accountability for full acquisition numbers and ability to discuss metrics
- Hands-on approach with depth in at least one channel and capability across others; comfortable doing the work yourself
- Close understanding of product platforms; able to explain complex products to small teams and work well with engineers
- Experiments-driven mindset and comfort with data analysis (cohorts, CAC, payback); able to pull your own numbers
- Kind person who cares about people around you
- Nice to have: experience at product-led companies that later added enterprise sales; localized go-to-market experience in European markets
- Experience running campaigns in multiple markets and adapting messaging/pages for different languages (localization is an important part of the job)
