voize is an AI-powered platform that helps frontline workers reclaim time by automating digital workflows. Backed by $50M Series A funding from Balderton Capital, Y Combinator, and HV Capital, the company serves 2,000+ facilities with 200,000+ active users.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own voize's full-funnel demand generation engine, responsible for building a repeatable, data-driven growth motion that converts brand awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive measurable business impact across all stages of the customer journey.
Key responsibilities include: managing paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, optimizing for pipeline quality and customer acquisition cost; building and executing a growth experimentation roadmap with A/B testing on landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture flows; managing lead nurture programs in HubSpot including segmentation, scoring, lifecycle stages, and re-engagement; owning campaign reporting and attribution in partnership with RevOps; and collaborating closely with Sales (SDRs and AEs) on lead quality, ICP alignment, and pipeline targets.
You'll need several years of demand generation or full-funnel B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech. Hands-on expertise with paid social (LinkedIn and Meta), strong HubSpot proficiency (workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurture programs, segmentation, reporting), and a strong analytical mindset are essential. You should be comfortable with data, attribution metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates), and making data-driven decisions. An experimentation-first approach with documented learnings and iteration is critical. An AI-native mindset—actively seeking automation opportunities and comfortable using Claude—is valued. Fluency in both German and English is required, as the core market is DACH and most content is in German.
The role offers stock options, hybrid work (3 days in Berlin office, flexible day selection), 30 vacation days plus birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club membership, regular company off-sites, learning platform access (Blinkist, Audible), free language courses, and flexible working hours. You'll work in a fast-growing startup environment with real impact on frontline workers' daily lives.
