Tennr is a healthcare operations platform that automates the complex insurance referral and prior authorization workflows that slow down patient access and provider payments. The company handles the administrative burden that keeps patients waiting weeks or months for specialist care.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own all paid acquisition channels and organic growth strategy for Tennr's operator-focused buyers—DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. Unlike typical SaaS buyers, these operators search for specific operational problems (referral intake, prior auth, patient onboarding) rather than product categories, and increasingly consult AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude before evaluating vendors.
You will manage paid search (Google), social (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic display (The Trade Desk, including connected TV). You'll own SEO strategy focused on low-volume, high-intent keywords that operators actually search, building specialty-specific and comparison pages. You'll also own AEO (AI Engine Optimization)—structuring content to appear in LLM responses and earning citations from third-party sources that AI assistants reference.
Core responsibilities include: running end-to-end paid campaigns with keyword strategy, bidding, and audience targeting; owning The Trade Desk programmatic buying and account-based targeting; developing SEO and organic growth strategy; building measurement frameworks around CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution; carrying a shared pipeline goal with Growth and Sales; testing new channels and AI-powered workflows; and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Content Marketing, Brand, and Design.
You'll work in Tennr's Hudson Square office 4 days per week. The role offers the opportunity to build a growth function from the ground up, own measurable pipeline outcomes, and work on a high-impact healthcare problem with a mission-driven team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years owning paid programs end-to-end, ideally at a B2B SaaS company (management consulting background at MBB or similar is a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience building enrichment and audience workflows in Clay
- Quantitative fluency; think in CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, not vanity metrics
- Proven ability to take a channel from 0 to 1 and scale what works
- Comfort with AI tools and a habit of experimenting with them; clear judgment about where AI adds value
- Creative judgment and ability to produce high-quality campaigns; can show past work and explain strategic thinking
A PLUS:
- Experience running campaigns in The Trade Desk or another DSP
- Healthcare or healthtech background
- Experience with Reddit, X, or trade media campaigns
