Garner Health is transforming the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare delivery. The company uses 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties and a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify top-performing doctors and steer members toward higher-quality care. This approach has helped 2.5M+ people access better care and saved $1B in healthcare costs in five years. As a Growth Marketing Manager reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, customized assets) at Garner's largest clients to drive member sign-ups and engagement. You'll work closely with Customer Success and client teams to promote Garner adoption and support retention. Key responsibilities include: executing custom client marketing campaigns across channels; utilizing marketing automation tools (Iterable) to build, test, and optimize email/SMS campaigns; managing the marketing asset library including Figma/Google Slides templates for product launches and client customizations; analyzing campaign performance metrics to generate optimization insights; owning operational processes like vendor management; collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Data teams; and building scalable processes and AI tools to automate workflows and improve engagement marketing efficiency. You'll bring 4+ years of B2C marketing experience in member marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing roles. Preferred background includes high-growth startups, marketing agencies, or digital health tech. Required skills: hands-on experience with cross-channel marketing platforms (Iterable preferred), tactical execution of email/segment/campaign builds, basic HTML/CSS for email customization, and basic design skills (Google Slides, Figma). You're a results-oriented strategic thinker who breaks down complex problems, identifies opportunities, manages multiple initiatives, and has a bias toward innovation and experimentation. The role is based in Garner's New York City office (Financial District) with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
