Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is a digital healthcare company focused on obesity and weight management. The company operates Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. Eucalyptus operates across 5 markets (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada) and has received selective NICE endorsement for NHS services. The company is part of a broader digital healthcare ecosystem including Pilot, Kin, Software, and Compound, serving men's health, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. In this role, you will own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end, from channel mix and budget allocation through to messaging hypotheses. You'll use customer research, patient insight, and performance data to build strategies that attract the right patients at the right cost. Key responsibilities include: balancing CAC and LTV trade-offs to understand which patients stay engaged in treatment; building and maintaining a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels, creative formats, and audience segments; partnering with the creative team to develop concepts grounded in real patient insight; identifying highest-leverage opportunities across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and funnel experience; working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and clinical teams; and communicating evidence-based strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. This is a strategic role, not a campaign execution role. You'll set direction, understand patient motivations, translate insights into high-performing creative and messaging, and make smart commercial trade-offs to grow efficiently. You'll work across Sydney and UK offices with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams. The company is targeting 1 million patients globally over the next three years, launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies. You'll have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support. Benefits include learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing, wellness programs, and flexible leave policies. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with genuine ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes - Demonstrated experience building a growth strategy from scratch — understanding what to prioritize and why, not just executing given plans - Comfortable moving between qualitative customer insight and quantitative performance data to form strategic views - Strong understanding of creative as a commercial lever — ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate in partnership with creative teams - Commercial instinct with clear understanding of CAC/LTV dynamics and confidence in budget investment decisions - Hands-on experience across paid channels, leading with strategy and insight rather than platform mechanics - Strong communication skills and natural cross-functional partner who influences product, analytics, creative, and clinical teams without direct authority - Ability to thrive setting own agenda in fast-moving environment
