Brex is seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to own and shape the company's investment across programmatic display, YouTube, CTV, online video, audio, and emerging digital channels. This is a high-visibility role reporting into the Marketing leadership team at Brex, the intelligent finance platform serving tens of thousands of companies globally.
You will own a significant media portfolio spanning both Brand and Growth initiatives, with responsibility for defining how these programs work together, proving incremental impact, and identifying where Brex should invest next. Your core mandate is to combine deep programmatic expertise with strong measurement, audience strategy, and experimentation instincts to drive smarter investment decisions and scalable growth. You'll build brand through a performance lens, connecting upper-funnel awareness and consideration investments to near-term conversions and long-term customer value.
Key responsibilities include: owning strategy, investment, and performance across programmatic display, video (CTV, OLV, YouTube), audio, and emerging channels; evolving Brex's media operating model and partner ecosystem through DSP/vendor evaluation, agency management, and scalable process development; building integrated audience strategies using first-party data, intent, contextual, modeled, and third-party signals; developing a comprehensive measurement framework in partnership with Analytics and Data Science teams to track attribution, incrementality, and brand lift; partnering cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, and Design teams to translate campaign objectives into media strategy and creative requirements; identifying emerging channels and AI-enabled opportunities for quarterly and annual planning; and establishing governance standards, QA processes, and risk controls across programmatic media.
You'll work in a hybrid environment based in San Francisco, expected in-office three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely up to four weeks annually. The role offers the opportunity to build systems and capabilities that will shape the next phase of Brex's paid media strategy.
