Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 / annual

H is building agentic AI to automate complex, multi-step tasks and unlock human potential. You will be the Growth Marketing Manager responsible for driving enterprise pipeline generation and positioning H as a category leader in agentic AI. You will own the complete demand generation and lead generation strategy across multiple channels. This includes building and executing multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise accounts, designing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and developing scalable acquisition funnels across paid, organic, email, and outbound channels. You'll work closely with sales, product, and operations leadership to design high-impact campaigns targeting enterprise buyers, technical decision-makers, and innovation leaders. On the growth marketing side, you will own experimentation across acquisition channels, continuously optimizing CAC, conversion, and engagement metrics. You'll launch and manage performance marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and content syndication platforms. You'll drive SEO and content growth initiatives focused on AI, automation, and enterprise transformation, and build growth loops and scalable marketing systems. Analytics and operations are core to this role. You'll own marketing reporting, attribution, and funnel analytics, tracking and improving campaign performance using data-driven insights. You'll manage CRM and marketing automation workflows and build dashboards and reporting frameworks to support strategic decisions. You bring 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and acquisition strategies. You've scaled pipeline generation in high-growth startup environments and have hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, or Lemlist. You have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. A strong interest in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or emerging technologies is essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in AI, deep tech, or developer-focused companies; familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise GTM motions; experience building marketing systems from scratch; and knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted workflows.
