Staffbase, a unicorn AI-native Employee Experience Platform company (valued at $1B+), is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale its marketing-led pipeline strategy globally. You will evolve a high-performing acquisition engine driving predictable, quality pipeline across digital, ABM, and field amplification channels, partnering closely with Sales for full-funnel alignment from awareness through SQL creation and opportunity progression. This is a player-coach leadership role. You will set demand strategy for Global Markets (Americas, UKIMEA, APAC), work with regional leaders to ensure market alignment, and stay close to execution—directly managing agency relationships while personally driving key programs and experimentation. Key responsibilities include: owning and executing demand generation strategy across paid media, content, and ABM to drive awareness and measurable pipeline growth; developing and operationalizing the marketing funnel with clear goals, metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages; determining acquisition investment allocation across channels to maximize pipeline and business impact; building and scaling ABX programs for highly personalized engagement with target accounts; designing and optimizing content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey; directly managing and developing one or two marketers and/or agency partners while staying personally close to execution; acting as strategic advisor to business leaders with clear point of view and owned outcomes; and serving as the core regional voice setting priorities for centrally reporting inbound engine teams including web, SEO, and product marketing. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled integrated demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI-native technology company, is comfortable owning pipeline outcomes and building systems for repeatable growth, thinks strategically but is willing to roll up sleeves for execution, and thrives in a builder environment with close cross-functional collaboration.
